Introducing 2016 EnergyRush; Party in the Gym! Grander and improved, EnergyRush16 UltraFit will feature the Reebok Interval Challenge, a training technique that will require you to give it all out.

In a team of 5, the Reebok Interval Challenge training routine will keep your heart rate up with lesser rest time to burn more fats and build muscle with intense bursts of movement followed by short, active recovery rests.

Here’s a little sneak peek, demonstration and tips for the Reebok Interval Challenge demonstrated by our very own EnergyOne Trainers at SAFRA Punggol!

Battling Rope with Burpees

Hold on to the ropes tight! While in hand, do a standard Burpee and as you get up, whip the battling rope as hard as you can. This exercise focuses on the combination of the 2 difficult activities.

Shuttle Run + Tyre

The key here is to work at your own pace. Remember to pick up the tires for each lap by bending your knees and not your back to avoid strains.

Lunges + Renegade Press

A quick method to raise your heart rate, this workout is targeted to strengthen your gluts, hamstrings, quads, core and shoulders.

A common exercise for Professional Soccer Players, it focuses on improving speed, agility and overall quickness.

Side Walk with Push Up

Focus on perfecting the technique instead of speed or reps. Though it may look easy, the trick to doing this quickly is to not rush yourself.
