The newly launched Gardens by the Bay is the newest attraction in Singapore and visitors can now savour a diverse mix of international and local cuisines to make their journey a memorable one.
Located at Supertree Grove, Supertree Dining features five distinctive F&B dining concepts in a common dining space, from dim sum to hawker favourites like Nasi Lemak and sweet macarons to end your sumptuous meal.
Besides the wide range of food to choose from, diners can enjoy unblocked views of the towering Supertrees and tropical landscape through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. At night, the view comes alive with a mesmerising light display on the Supertrees. If you are lucky, you are able to spot some birds flying above your head, creating an overall naturalistic environment while you munch away!
Hill Street Coffee Shop
Step into the 1960s for this coffee shop aims to bring back old memories from the past, recreating the olden coffee shop dining experience to visitors. The entire 1960s atmosphere can be felt with waiters dressed up like the olden times, old-style window shutters and the delightful old-school newspaper menu.
Besides ordering your teh or coffee, you have to try the steam bread. It might be the simplest dish of all, but that will be the dish you will remember for a lifetime. It is soft and chewy with thick toast in between the snowy white bread.
Peach Garden Noodle House
The Peach Garden Noodle House is the casual dining version of the Peach Garden restaurant, offering quick, convenient, delicious and affordable Chinese dishes in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
Some highlights from the menu are the freshly-made dim sum delights and noodle dishes! Try the steamed Xiao Long Bao with goose liver in shark’s bone cartilage soup, boiled for more than eight hours before serving.
Casa Verde also means “Green House” in English, serving an all-day menu of classic Italian dishes such as pastas, wood-fired pizzas and of course the wine to go with your food. Take a peek into the open-concept kitchen and see how these chefs create these delicious dishes from scratch.
Recommended dish is the Sfilatino, a mozzarella, ham and mushroom pizza in spring roll style, served with salsa dip.
The American fast-food chain serves original and spicy fried chicken for all to enjoy. It is a halal outlet and the fire wrap is only exclusive to Supertree Dining, so make a trip down to taste how good it is!
The must-try item is the handmade Honey Butter biscuits baked to golden brown perfection. Its crunchy, on the outside yet soft and fluffy on the inside!
Canele Patisserie Chocolaterie
No matter how full you think you are, there will always be space for desserts. You can find freshly prepared pastries, cakes, chocolates, ice creams and the lovely macrons.
On top of that, they serve all-day dining items such as salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas and crepes to suit your wants. Don’t forget to order from the savoury wrap selections and for the sweet tooth lovers, you have to try the amazing chocolate caramel ice cream!
