Since January 2004, SAFRA’s EnergyOne gyms at SAFRA Tampines and SAFRA Toa Payoh have been venues for the conduct of Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) for NSmen. This complements IPPTs conducted during in-camp trainings (ICTs) and at the three SAF Fitness Conditioning Centures (FCCs).
Initiated and developed under the ambit of the SAF-SAFRA Strategic Partnership, the programme offers NSmen greater accessibility and a wider choice of locations to take their IPPTs. It aims to encourage NSmen to embrace a fitness culture where staying fit and keeping healthy becomes a way of life.
