SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon 2010

• Participants should prepare themselves adequately and gradually increase the duration and intensity of training over several weeks prior to the event.

• Participants are advised to dress lightly for their run and ensure that they are well rested and well-hydrated prior to the run.

• If a participant is feeling unwell during his/her run, stop and seek immediate medical attention at the medical posts along the running route.

• Participants are advised not to attend the event should they have fever, cough, breathing difficulty or severe muscle ache.

• Participants are advised to consult their family doctors to certify them fit to participate in the event.

• If a participant has ticked ‘yes’ to any of the PAR-Q questions, he/she is therefore not eligible to participate in any of the competitive categories.

• All active full time SAF national servicemen and regulars must be either PES A, B or C1 to participate in the event.

• All SAF regulars above 35 years old must produce their active FFI on the race.
