Q: How do I collect my rented bikes/T-shirts/Shimano Polygon Bicycle.
A: Redemption coupons will be mailed to all participants 1-2 weeks prior to the event day. All redemptions will be strictly by coupons only. The staff reserve the right to reject redemptions without a valid coupon.
Participants who have made purchase but yet to receive their coupons may email to nrwcs@safra.sg. (Please indicate your Name, NRIC, Contact No. as well as Mailing address in your email.)
Q: Will the participants for the Endurance Challenge be issued a coupon?
A: No, participants for the Endurance Challenge will not be issued a coupon. Number bib will be issued at the registration counter at Hangar 1 upon registration with a valid Indentity card (with photograph). Click here for the layout map. Participants who have deposited their Identitity card at the bicycle rental booth will only need to quote their NRIC no. for identification.
Q: When will I receive my race pack for the Endurance Challenge?
A: All participants will collect their medals, finisher t-shirt and goodie bag at Hangar 1 upon completing their Endurance Challenge. Certificate of partipation (with name and timing) will be mailed to your registered address 3-4 weeks after the event.
Q: Can I purchase the Shimano Polygon bike after the event?
A: As stocks of the Shimano Polygon bicycles are limited, the organisers may stop the sales at any time. Participants are encouraged to purchase the bicycles soon before stocks run out. Please click here to find out more before purchasing.
Q: Can I purchase the T-shirt after the event?
A: No. T-shirts can only be purchased before 7 Jun 10.
Q: How do I get to event venue?
A: Complimentary bus shuttle services are available at Eunos and Hougang MRT station. Click here to find out more.
Q: Are there any bag deposit services at the event venue?
A: No, there will not be any bag deposit services. The Air Base is a maximum-security area and hence, it is not feasible to have a bag deposit area. Participants are encouraged to travel light and only bring necessary items while engaging in the activity.
Q: Is there any bike deposit service before the event day?
A: There will not be any bike deposit services for the participants the day before the event. Hence, participants will have to arrange for their own transport of bikes to the event venue on the day itself.
Q: Can I change the category I registered for?
A: No. Once the registration is complete, participants are not allowed to change the category.
Q: Are pets allowed into the event venue?
A: No, pets are not allowed into the Air Base.
