Terms and Conditions:
1. All valid paying SAFRA members as at 31 Dec 10, are eligible for the draw, except:
• Members who are in arrears
• Free NSFs who have been awarded trial membership
• Dependent Members who are below 18 years old
• Members who are suspended or expelled
2. The qualifying period of the draw is from 1 Jan 10 - 31 Dec 10.
3. Each year of paid membership is equivalent to 1 lucky draw chance (max. of 20 chances per member).
4. Members will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance for every 50 unredeemed SAFRA points (earned between 1 Dec 09 - 30 Nov 10).
5. Members can earn up to a maximum of 10 lucky draw chances by updating their particulars via MySAFRA.
6. All lucky draw chances & winners will be computer-generated and no lucky draw coupons will be issued.
7. The draw will be conducted in March 2011 and all winners will be notified by post.
8. All prizes are subject to changes without prior notice. The management of SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed prizes after May 2011.
9. SAFRA's staff and their immediate family are not eligible for the draw.
10. SAFRA has the absolute discretion at any time to determine the eligibility of any member and shall not be obliged to give any reason. The decision of SAFRA on all matters relating to the Membership Grand Draw is final.
11. SAFRA may in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
