| To redeem Rewards: |

Log onto http://mysafra.safra.sg/. |
| Step 2: |
Key in your NRIC as User ID and enter your password. |
| Step 3: |
Select ‘your SAFRAPOINTS’. |
| Step 4: |
Select ‘Redeem’. |
| Step 5: |
Redeem your rewards item by checking the ‘add to cart’ box followed by entering the desired quantity and click ‘Redeem’. |
| Step 6: |
To redeem another rewards item, click on ‘MORE REDEMPTIONS’ and repeat step 5. To return to shopping cart, click on ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top of the web page. To discard item, click the ‘Dustbin’ icon at the shopping cart. |
| Step 7: |
After you have confirmed the selected rewards items and the quantity are correct, click ‘Submit’. |
| Step 8: |
If selected item(s) and address are correct, click ‘Confirm’. If you have chosen an item with top-up cash option, enter the required payment details first before clicking on ‘Confirm’. |

A receipt will be generated, please click ‘Print’ or ‘Save’ your receipt as an acknowledgement. |

Click ‘Log out’ at the top of the web page to end the transaction. |
An acknowledgement will be mailed to you upon every successful redemption transaction. Vouchers/collection letter will be mailed to you within 14 days from date of redemption.
You can check your SAFRAPOINTS balance at the customer service counters of any clubs during operating hours. You may also redeem for vouchers, products and price discounts for SAFRA Operated Facilities, Membership Fees and selected SAFRA activities and courses.
