Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a fast rising trend as the density of the water allows for easy mobility, making it a safe and fun exercise. Aqua Aerobics is also a low-impact exercise which helps improve your endurance, through resistance training. The benefits of water resistance training include:

  • Activation of opposing muscle groups for a balanced workout.
  • The push and pull of the water allows increased muscle training and creates a built-in safety barrier for joints.
  • The water also helps to reduce lactic acid build-up.
