Running is a common daily exercise that many people do as soon as they wake up in the morning. It also has great health benefits including weight loss, increasing fitness and even relieving stress. This is also part of the standard physical test known as the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) that every young NSman has to face. It has been advised that it is best to start your training for this test at least two months ahead.
Previously, we have shared with you some tips on how to train for the test. We now wish to delve deeper into each of the stations to provide a more comprehensive guide so that you can better prepare yourself and pass your IPPT. Besides ensuring a proper and balanced diet, this time we show you how to really increase your chances for gold in the 2.4km run in the slideshow below!
