Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a fast rising trend as the density of the water allows for easy mobility, making it a safe and fun exercise. Aqua Aerobics is also a low-impact exercise which helps improve your endurance, through resistance training. The benefits of water resistance training include:

  • Activation of opposing muscle groups for a balanced workout.
  • The push and pull of the water allows increased muscle training and creates a built-in safety barrier for joints.
  • The water also helps to reduce lactic acid build-up.

$63 (SAFRA Member)
$75 (Guest)

For registration and payment, please proceed to any SAFRA Customer Service Counters, open daily from 9am - 9pm. Alternatively, for members, you may sign up through mysafra.safra.sg.
