Terms & Conditions
- Minimum rental period of 3 days is required.
- SAFRA member must be the named main driver and provide member’s card for verification.
- A maximum of up to 2 named drivers is allowed. 3rd driver onwards require a one-time charge of $216 inclusive of GST.
- For driving into Malaysia, a surcharge of $32.40/day applies ($54/day on eve of PH, on PH and blackout dates).
- Hirer must be aged 23 years or older but under aged 70 years, and must possess a valid class 3 driver’s license with min 24 months driving experience.
- Foreigners residing in Singapore for less than 12 months must present their valid local class 3 (or equivalent) driving license and a valid international driving license.
- Foreigners residing in Singapore for more than 12 months must convert to a Singapore class 3 driving license.
- If cars are returned late, late charges for excess hours will then apply: Less than or equal to 5hrs, a 0.5-day charges will apply. More than 5hrs, a full day charge will apply.
- Car collection and return location: 370 Ubi Road 3, Honda Centre, Showroom 2nd floor.
- For confirmation, a rental agreement will be signed with a $300 or 1-month deposit & rental fee payable to Kah Motor Co. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental, in approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Hirers are to fulfil the rental term.
- All rates are subjected to changes, car availability & 8% GST.
- Return of Rental Vehicle during non-office hours or on Sundays & Public Holidays will be considered as continuation of rental until next working day.
- Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, blackout dates and festive promotion.
- Kah Motor Co. reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Collection of personal data by Kah Motor Co. for this promotion is strictly for their own business requirements. SAFRA is not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by Kah Motor Co. for this promotion.
- SAFRA is not liable for any loss of personal data resulting from any provision of personal data by the individual to the merchant for the purpose of using their service or product.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
