  • Event is exclusively for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
  • By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the Event.
  • SAFRA reserve the right to change, postpone or cancel the event content.
  • Strictly no transfer will be allowed for no-show, cancelation of participation,
  • SAFRA reserve the right to amend any rules and regulations without prior notice.
  • SAFRA reserve the right to cancel or change the venue/platform of the Event.
  • SAFRA reserve the right to modify the Event’s program at their sole discretion.
  • By registering for this event, participants agree to receive updates on future events organised by SAFRA.
  • This event may be recorded and photographed. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any audio recordings of this event. The photographs and video recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official SAFRA’s publications and in publicity materials, including the SAFRA’s websites and social media.
  • Attendees are not allowed to record the session and share without the consent of SAFRA. Attendees found to do so will be answerable legally.
  • SAFRA reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors and partners.
  • Winners to the event are decided at the discretion of the organiser. No appeals will be entertained.
  • SAFRA will not be liable for injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during the event.
  • By way of registering for this event, you:
    • confirm that: (a) the information provided by you is true and correct, (b) consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and for the purposes of managing and/or responding to this registration, and any purposes reasonably related to this registration, including but not limited to contacting you on the registration and transmitting your personal data to third parties engaged or working in collaboration with SAFRA on the subject matter of your registration; (c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by you, you have obtained the consent of the third party to SAFRA’s collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
    • give permission to SAFRA to obtain/disclose your personal data from/to SAFRA for verification and administration of the Event. SAFRA reserves the right to revoke your registration(s) without refund, if the information given is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
    • agree to undertake to settle all debts incurred arising from this event and any of the SAFRA activities participated by you and/or any of your family members, including membership fees incurred by your spouse/child/children.
    • agree that we may contact you via mail, electronic mail, telephone (call, Whatsapp message or SMS-Text) or social medial platforms, to inform you for event administrative purpose (i.e. event follow ups, event administrative brief, event updates and information.
