In this session, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee shares the benefits of practising mindful self-compassion in times of change and uncertainty, and explains how the skills of mindfulness and attitudes of compassion are essential for regulating our emotions, understanding common human experiences, and finding connection in the world we inhabit.
