With the current COVID-19 situation adversely affecting our collective health and well-being, many of us may not know how to cope with the increasing feelings of helplessness, isolation and grief. In this session, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee shares the benefits of practising mindful self-compassion in times of change and uncertainty, and explains how the skills of mindfulness and attitudes of compassion are essential for regulating our emotions, understanding common human experiences, and finding connection in the world we inhabit.

He has been in the corporate finance industry since 2010, providing the best financing solutions for entrepreneurs from different industries.
