Participants may explore the busing service provided by Dynacle Connections Pte Ltd (“Dynacle”) which offers various busing routes to the physical run venue on 27 August 2023.
As you explore the busing service provided by Dynacle, please note that you will be directed to external websites such as ShareTransport.sg and their Apps which are not managed by SAFRA. You will be required to provide your personal data for an account creation with Dynacle. Do note that you are responsible for the personal data that you provide or disseminate via Dynacle, and your personal data shall be subject to the personal data policies of Dynacle.
The SAFRA Singapore Bay Run and Army Half Marathon (SSBR & AHM) 2023 will be held on Sunday, 27 August 2023, from 4.30am to 10.00am.
This year’s 21km Half Marathon and 10km Race event will flag off from the Merdeka Bridge, with participants running on roads within the Central Business District, and Marina Bay area before ending at the Singapore Sports Hub. Several roads will be affected by the event.
There will be parking restriction on the affected roads. Vehicles that are spotted blocking traffic or parking illegally will be towed.

Jointly organised by SAFRA and Our Singapore Army to promote an active fitness culture and strengthen bonds among national servicemen (NSmen) and their families, the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon 2023 (SSBR & AHM 2023) will bring back the physical run for the first time since 2018, and also retain the virtual format.
The 21km Half Marathon and 10km Race will offer a scenic running route that covers the Marina Bay and several iconic landmarks such as the Singapore Flyer, financial district, Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay.
Parents pairing up with their children in the Families for Life 800m Challenge can look forward to a fun-filled dinosaur-themed run this year. Besides receiving a specially designed ‘dino’ T-shirt, participants will have plenty of photo opportunities with dinosaur mascots on event day.
The virtual 21km Cumulative Challenge will provide those who prefer to run at their own time and convenience to train up during the one-month period.

* In accordance with SAF Medical Directive, Active and NS participants aged 35 years and above are to undergo SAF Health Screening Programme (SAF HSP).
Participants who do not meet the medical eligibility requirements for the race category but wish to submit a deviation request are advised to contact the event organisers at sbr@safra.sg. When submitting your request, please include your Full Name and the last 4 characters of your NRIC (e.g., 123A), as well as supporting documents such as certificates from your general practitioner or polyclinic. NSmen who are successful in their deviation requests will be eligible to register for the race category based on the subsidised fee for NSmen.
SAF NSmen and their family members will continue to enjoy discounted registration fees across all categories to appreciate them for their contributions to Singapore’s defence and support for NS, respectively.

With each submission of your run, you will attain an e-badge for the distance milestones at 3km, 5km, 10km, 15km, and eventually 21km. You will get an e-cert.
