  • 12 months installment plans are available for POSB/DBS Credit Card Holders (min. $400.00 and above). Subject to admin fee.
  • Once payment is made, membership is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Renewals made within 14 days from expiry will be backdated to the day after expiry for continuity.
  • Renewals made more than 14 days after expiry will be deemed as a new membership sign-up, and the prevailing joining fee will apply.
  • SAFRA membership validity period must exceed EnergyOne membership period.
  • Members are eligible to renew their gym membership in advance, subject to the conditions.
  • Members may renew their gym membership for a maximum tenure of 2 years.
  • EnergyOne reserves the right to amend/append/withdraw these terms & conditions without any prior notice.

Terms & Conditions (Merchandise Redemption) 

  1. The merchandise redemption period is from 19 January 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive. Any redemption requests submitted after 30 April 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  2. Redemption must be made in person at the designated Skechers retail outlet. Members are required to present the original physical redemption letter at the point of redemption. Digital copies, photographs, or reproductions of the redemption letter will not be accepted.
  3. Redemption is available exclusively at Skechers, Junction 8. Redemption is subject to the store’s operating hours, as published on the official Skechers website.
  4. Redemption is strictly limited to the following items and models:
    • Men’s Shoes: Go Run Consistent 2.0 (Model No. 220863-WBK)
    • Women’s Shoes: Go Run Elevate 2.0 (Model No. 129000-OFFK)
    • Duffle Bag: Model No. SP324U984-02L2
  5. Redemption must strictly follow the eligible models listed above. The redeemed merchandise cannot be exchanged, substituted, refunded, or upgraded to other models or merchandise, whether of lower or higher value.
  6. Merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to stock availability. Once stocks are fully redeemed, no further merchandise will be provided, even if members subsequently sign up or renew their membership.
  7. The merchandise has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, rebates, discounts, or any other benefits.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and make the final determination on all redemption matters. All decisions shall be final and binding.
