Terms & Conditions (Platinum & Dependent)

  • Platinum and Dependent membership are strictly available to active SAFRA members.
  • 16 years old and above.
  • Usual joining fee of $190 applies for Platinum membership. Now only $95.
  • Usual joining fee of $95 applies for Dependent membership. Now only $47.50.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and strictly for personal use only.
  • New applicants are required to pay a joining fee in addition to the subscription fee.
  • Both subscription and joining fees must be paid in advance upon application.
  • The validity of SAFRA membership must extend beyond the EnergyOne membership period.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and designated for personal use only.
  • Promotion period:  April - June 2026.
  • Installment plans are offered exclusively to POSB/DBS Credit Card holders for transactions of $400.00 and above, subject to an administrative fee.
  • All gym payment transactions close at 10:00pm daily.
  • EnergyOne reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions (Refer-A-Friend Scheme)

  • For each successful sign-up, both the Referrer (Existing E1 Member) and the Referee (new sign-up) will receive additional one more month membership.
  • The Referee (New sign-up) must pay for a full 12 months or 18 months membership.
  • Referees must sign up for either a 12 months or 18 months Platinum,Dependent, Term All Day, or Off-Peak Membership.
  • The Referrer (Existing Member) can earn rewards for up to a maximum of 3 successful referrals, which equates to a maximum of 3 months of free membership.
  • Referrer (Existing E1 Member) must be an existing Platinum / Dependent or Term All Day / Off-Peak Member with a minimum of 6-month membership and not a member of other membership types.
  • The Referrer is defined as an existing EnergyOne member who joined prior to the Referee (E1 new sign-up). Both members can sign up on the same day and will qualify for the “Refer-A-Friend” promotion.
