Terms & Conditions for Welcome Gifts
TERMS & CONDITION FOR SAFRA REWARDS VOUCHER
- The promo code for SAFRA Rewards Voucher will be valid from 1 August 2024 and redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 1,000 sign-ups/ renewals. The promotion will end when all the vouchers have been allocated.
- The SAFRA Rewards Voucher applies to only sign-up/renewal of the Principal Membership (Ordinary/ Associate) of either 5/10-Year membership at non-promotional rates through the SAFRA App, m.safra.sg or at SAFRA Clubhouse.
- The first 1,000 vouchers will be given to members who applied the promo code <SRV24> via SAFRA App, m.safra.sg or at SAFRA Clubhouse. If the promo code is not applied, the standard 5-Year and 10-Year membership gift is Timberland Northbridge Collection Watch and Aviator F-Series GMT Chronograph Watch will be assigned respectively.
- SAFRA Rewards Vouchers must be collected at the SAFRA clubhouse within the stipulated deadline stated in the Gift Redemption Letter (GRL). If the vouchers are not collected by the deadline, the member will be required to send an appeal to mship_mktg@safra.sg. All appeals are subject to approval and the availability of the voucher. For appeal cases, the validity of the vouchers might be shorter.
- For clubhouse applications, you may collect the vouchers after the application has been made, subject to the clubhouse’s voucher availability from 1 August 2024.
- For online application (via SAFRA App/ m.safra.sg), the collection of the SAFRA Rewards Voucher at the clubhouse from September 2024.
- The issuance of the SAFRA Rewards Voucher is subject to availability, while stocks last.
- The voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and the extension of validity is not allowed.
- Each eligible member will only be entitled to receive one (1) gift, regardless of the number of applications you may have successfully applied for.
- SAFRA reserves the right to replace the Gift with another item of similar value without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any person. No reservation, refund, or exchange of the Gift is permitted.

Redemption & Exchange of Gift
Redemption of welcome gift
Club sign-ups/ renewals
- The welcome gift will be issued on-the-spot after your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal has been successfully processed over-the-counter, subject to availability.
SAFRA App/ m.safra.sg/ Application Form
- A Gift Redemption Letter (GRL) will be sent to your registered mailing address within 4-5 weeks after successful processing of your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal.
- If you have misplaced your GRL or has expired, please email mship_mktg@safra.sg.
Exchange of faulty gift item
- You can bring your faulty gift to the nearest SAFRA club within the warranty period. Member will receive a new piece directly from the Customer Service Officer (CSO) after the CSO has verified that the set is faulty.

Experience E-Vouchers
- The set of Experience eVouchers will be added to your eVouchers wallet in the SAFRA Mobile App within 4-6 weeks after successfully processing of your Principal (Ordinary/Associate) membership application.
- The validity of the eVouchers will be 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive these eVouchers in addition to your entitled Welcome Gift, if applicable.
- To receive your eVouchers, you must create a mySAFRA online account and log in to your SAFRA Mobile App, click on 'eVouchers' icon and access the 'Wallet' tab.

SAFRA Facilities and Interest Groups
- Valid for 3 months from date of issue.
- Valid for one-time usage only per voucher issued.
- Members who wish to book the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility must visit the Customer Service Counter at the specific SAFRA Clubhouse where they intend to use the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility. Our customer service officers will assist in checking on the availability of the desired facilities and you may proceed to make payment for bookings if slots are available.
- Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Promotions are not stackable, no-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or offset any other offer.
- Validity of promotions are as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
- Regulations for facility bookings and utilisation will apply.
- SAFRA reserves the right to replace eVouchers from different promotions without notice or liability. No refunds or transfers of eVouchers are permitted.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw, amend or append any Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final.
EnergyOne Gym
- Members must complete a Get-Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before using the gym facilities.
- Promotion is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
- Members must adhere to gym rules and regulations. EnergyOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
- EnergyOne Management is not responsible or liable for any personal property loss or bodily injury arising from using gym equipment or facilities.
- EnergyOne Management reserves the right to amend and introduce rules, terms and conditions, including the withdrawal, alteration, or addition of benefits, obligations, and privileges at any time. The decision of EnergyOne Gym is final.
Sonic Bowl
- Limited to the first 500 redemptions per month across eligible e-vouchers/vouchers from the SAFRA Experience Package and SAFRA Appreciation Package.

Membership Sign-up/ Renewal Terms & Conditions
- Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
- Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2036).
- Not applicable for Life or Dependent membership sign-ups/renewals.
- Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
- SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
- NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).
- The promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up / renewal only.
- The promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
- SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
