SAFRA members are invited to attend the SAFRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually.

Details are as follows:

• Address by the President
• Adoption of the minutes of 49th Annual General Meeting
• Adoption of the Annual Report for FY 2022/2023
• Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2022/2023
• Any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the General Secretary at least seven days before the meeting*.

The SAFRA Constitution, Minutes of the 49th AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2022/2023 are available on the SAFRA mobile app and m.safra.sg portal.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration for SAFRA Principal and Dependent members is free. Pre-registration is compulsory and closes on Friday, 24 Nov 2023, 4.30pm. Register now by logging into your SAFRA account via the SAFRA mobile app or m.safra.sg and select the ‘AGM RSVP’ tab as shown in the screenshots below. You may download the SAFRA mobile app at www.safra.sg/downloadapp.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email via the email address which you had used for registration.

Alternatively, you may:

• Contact SAFRA Mount Faber during office hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 9pm) at 6278 6011
• Visit our Customer Service Counters (open daily, 9am - 9pm) at any SAFRA club.

The first 500 applicable Ordinary A member who have completed their full-time national service and have submitted their proxy forms will receive a $10 GrabFood e-voucher, credited directly into the SAFRA mobile app's e-voucher wallet within 21 days after the event. A total of 100 other members who have signed up and attended the SAFRA AGM will stand a chance to be randomly selected to receive a $10 SAFRA Rewards Voucher. Selected members will be contacted within 14 days after the AGM.

For applicable Ordinary A members who have completed their full-time national service and have voting rights, you will also receive a proxy form included in the confirmation email. You will be required to fill up the proxy form and submit it via email to agm2023@safra.sg or via hardcopy to the Customer Service Counter at SAFRA Mount Faber by 24 Nov 2023, 4.30pm, to indicate your voting instructions on all matters and/or resolutions on the Agenda for the SAFRA AGM.

Members who have successfully registered for the SAFRA AGM will also receive a separate email on administrative instructions, including the meeting link and password to access the meeting room, closer to the meeting date.
