Important Update: SAFRA Treats & Deals Moving to a New Voucher Platform

Dear Members, we are excited to share that SAFRA Treats & Deals portal (treats.safra.sg) will be transitioning to a new Vouchers platform on m.safra.sg and SAFRA App from 2 November 2026.

As part of this transition, the current portal will remain accessible until 30 November 2026 for you to review your Order History. The portal will be permanently discontinued from 1 December 2026. Please be assured that the validity periods and redemption terms of vouchers you have purchased will remain unchanged.

ACTION REQUIRED BY 30 NOVEMBER 2026
1. Collect Physical Vouchers
Check your <Order History> and ensure that all purchased physical vouchers have been collected by 30 November 2026. After the current portal is discontinued, email reminders for past voucher purchases will no longer be available.

2. Download Digital Vouchers
Access your <Order History> and download any digital vouchers that you wish to retain for future redemption. While voucher validity periods remain unchanged, digital vouchers stored on the current Treats & Deals portal will no longer be accessible once the portal is discontinued.

  • Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • Not applicable to NSFs on free trial membership.
  • Voucher is deemed void without merchant’s stamp and validity date indicated.
  • Vouchers/items (Physical/Digital/Event-related deals) sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and cannot be cancelled, replaced or re-issued if lost, defaced, damaged, expired and/or voided.
  • Strictly no extension of expired vouchers is allowed.
  • The start time of each voucher sale is not fixed and is subject to change without prior notice.

  • All voucher deals are in the form of physical vouchers that require collection at SAFRA clubs, unless otherwise stated.
  • All Physical Voucher purchases must be collected in person within 15 days from Date of Purchase, as per the stipulated Terms & Conditions. Kindly proceed to the Customer Service counter of your selected SAFRA Club from 9am to 9pm daily (except on the Eve of, 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year).
  • Voucher promotions are subsidised by SAFRA.
  • SAFRA is not an agent of the merchants. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.

Letter of Authorisation for Treats & Deals

If you have purchased physical vouchers but are unable to collect them personally, you may arrange for a proxy to collect on your behalf. For detailed instructions and collection requirements, refer to Pt 46 of the FAQ
