The SAFRA Experience Package is available to all 2, 5, and 10-year Principal* membership sign-ups and consists of the following eVouchers**:

Experience E-Vouchers

• The set of Experience eVouchers will be added to your eVouchers wallet in the SAFRA Mobile App within 4-6 weeks after successfully processing of your Principal (Ordinary/Associate) membership application.
• The validity of the eVouchers will be 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• You will receive these eVouchers in addition to your entitled Welcome Gift, if applicable.
• To receive your eVouchers, you must create a mySAFRA online account and log in to your SAFRA Mobile App, click on 'eVouchers' icon and access the 'Wallet' tab.

SAFRA Facilities and Interest Groups

• Valid for 3 months from date of issue.
• Valid for one-time usage only per voucher issued.
• Members who wish to book the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility must visit the Customer Service Counter at the specific SAFRA Clubhouse where they intend to use the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility. Our customer service officers will assist in checking on the availability of the desired facilities and you may proceed to make payment for bookings if slots are available.
• Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Promotions are not stackable, no-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or offset any other offer.
• Validity of promotions are as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
• Regulations for facility bookings and utilisation will apply.
• SAFRA reserves the right to replace eVouchers from different promotions without notice or liability. No refunds or transfers of eVouchers are permitted.
• SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw, amend or append any Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final.

EnergyOne Gym

• Members must complete a Get-Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before using the gym facilities.
• Promotion is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
• Members must adhere to gym rules and regulations. EnergyOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
• EnergyOne Management is not responsible or liable for any personal property loss or bodily injury arising from using gym equipment or facilities.
• EnergyOne Management reserves the right to amend and introduce rules, terms and conditions, including the withdrawal, alteration, or addition of benefits, obligations, and privileges at any time. The decision of EnergyOne Gym is final.

Sonic Bowl

• Limited to the first 500 redemptions per month across eligible e-vouchers/vouchers from the SAFRA Experience Package and SAFRA Appreciation Package.
• Valid at Sonic Bowl outlets at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, SAFRA Punggol and SAFRA Yishun.
• Valid for 1 month from date of issue.
• Shoes and socks rental are not included.
• Valid during weekdays, except eve of public holidays and public holidays.
• Valid for one-time usage and one slot booking only.
• Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• E-voucher are not stackable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
• Validity of promotions as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.

• Paid membership sign up/renewal includes Principal and Dependent membership (2/5/10 years) according to available tenures.

• The Gift is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
• The voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and the extension of validity is not allowed.
• SAFRA reserves the right to replace the Gift with another item of similar value without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any person. No reservation, refund, or exchange of the Gift is permitted.

Ordinary/Associate Membership (excluding SAFVC) sign-up/ renewal is applicable for:

• Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
• Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2038).
• Not applicable for Life or Dependent membership sign-ups/renewals. 
• Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
• SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
• NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).
• The promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up / renewal only.
• The promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
• SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
