Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is valid only at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and Toa Payoh TWC centres for first-time customers of The Write Connection Group.
- Promotion only applies to SAFRA members and holders of Dependent Membership, in accordance with SAFRA's terms and conditions.
- To be eligible for the promotion, customers need to present their SAFRA membership card or on the SAFRA app upon request.
- Valid for one full term of one regular programme by The Write Connection (K2-Sec 4 English and writing programmes) and MetaQuest (P3-6 Science programme, available only at SAFRA Toa Payoh).
- One full term is defined as the first to last week of a term as per our calendar. In the event that the student is enrolled in the middle of the term, payment must be made for the following term's fees as well in order to be eligible for the promotion. The promotion will then be applied to the number of lessons in the full term.
- Promotion is valid at the point of enrolment only and limited to one redemption per student.
- Discount will be applied to the term fees (GST inclusive) upon enrolment.
- All fees paid are non-refundable.
- If the customer wishes to transfer to a TWC centre at a non-SAFRA premise before the first full term is up, they will need to top up the discount in term fees before the transfer.
- Promotion cannot be combined with instalment plans, other discounts, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards, or promotional packages.
- Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to others.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
