Terms & Conditions
- AIRSIMe or AIRSIM Travel SIM Card with SGD3 stored-value is applicable to SAFRA members only.
- AIRSIM Prepaid Card can be delivered to an address in Singapore only.
- Upon receiving the AIRSIM SIM card, please download and register the SIM card to the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App by 30 June 2025 in order to receive the free SGD3 credit in your AIRSIM account.
- Each email address and mobile number is limited to one free AIRSIM redemption only.
- AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the date of every purchase of a data package or top-up.
- Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with AIRSIM.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
- Merchant reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
