- Log into the SAFRA Mobile App, tap on the <eVouchers> icon, followed by the <Wallet> icon OR log into m.safra, tap on Member Exclusives, followed by E-vouchers. Each participating outlet will have a Free Play Deal e-voucher image.

- Please create your mySAFRA account, download SAFRA Mobile App and log into the SAFRA Mobile App before redeeming the Free Play Deals at the participating outlet.
- Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WIFI on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WIFI may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Kindly also ensure that you have granted SAFRA Mobile App to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
