Limited to the first 2,000 redemptions from 1 July 2025. Codes are valid till 31 Dec 25 and must be utilized on the Grab App before expiry. 

How to Redeem

  1. Download SAFRA mobile app.
  2. On <Home>, tap the <eVouchers> icon.
  3. Select the treat in your <Wallet> and follow the steps to redeem the eVoucher.
  4. View your unique $5 GrabGifts code under <History>.
  5. Launch the Grab App and go to <Gifts> tab. Click the Gifts icon at the upper right corner and key in your unique promo code.

Important Reminders

  1. Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process.  Do also ensure that you have granted mSAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
  2. The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Limited to the first 2,000 redemptions, 1 redemption per SAFRA member on a first-come, first served basis, while stocks last.
  • Voucher code must be redeemed and used by 31 Dec 2025 on the Grab app and is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.
  • SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants.
  • Collection of personal data by Grab for this promotion is strictly for their own business requirements. SAFRA is not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by Grab for this promotion.
