Below is the user journey to purchase a new phone product:
- SAFRA members to create a Samsung Account, visit: https://www.samsung.com/sg/multistore/sg_rewards/
- Once a Samsung account is created, SAFRA members to enter the verification code: SGREWARDS
- SAFRA members will then be brought to the homepage which will feature the new phone products that has the SAFRA members offers.
- SAFRA members can then scroll down to the offer pod which will mention the promotions.
- Customer can then add their desired variant (eg. 512gb) and colours into cart.
- SAFRA members can add on the different type of promo codes they got during the pre-registration period.
- During payment page the SAFRA members discount will be triggered when they enter their credit card number (triggered via bin code). Applicable cards: UOB, DBS, Trust, Standard Chartered, and Citibank.
