- The redemption period is from 24 Dec 2024 - 5 Jan 2025.
- Present a same-day single receipt with a minimum spend of $7 nett (inclusive of discounts, GST and service tax) at any outlet or transaction at customer service counter in SAFRA Yishun to redeem a SAFRA's 2025 calendar.
- Limited to the first 42 redemptions and ONE redemption per unique SAFRA member.
- All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase.
- Present your same-date original receipt to the Customer Service Officers at Level 1 Customer Service Counter from 9am to 9pm to process your redemption.
- Online and duplicated receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- No splitting of bills is allowed for this redemption.
- Soiled/torn/tampered receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Your original receipt will be retained for documentation purposes.
- All redemptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw or change any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
