How To Redeem
- Download SAFRA app.
- On <Home>, tap the <eVouchers> icon.
- Select the treat in your <Wallet> and redeem at the participating outlet.
- Scan QR code or enter 4-digit code located at the cashier only upon ordering/payment.
Important Reminders
- Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Do also ensure that you have granted mSAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
- The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.

- Limited to the first 1,000 redemptions, 1 redemption per SAFRA member per bill/table on a first-come, first served basis, while stocks last.
- No splitting of bill/table.
- Promotion is valid for dine-in only at any Swensen’s outlets in Singapore, except Swensen’s Bukit Panjang Plaza, Earle Swensen’s and Swensen’s Unlimited at Changi Airport Terminal 2.
- Promotion is not valid with other discounts or promotions.
- Not valid on eve of/on Public Holidays and special occasions including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day.
- Complimentary items must be lower or equal value.
- The food options stated on this voucher are not exchangeable and subject to availability while stock lasts.
- E-Voucher must be presented at the participating store only upon ordering to enjoy the treat.
- E-voucher is strictly non-transferrable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or utilized.
