- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA mobile app or 11B in person upon check in when requested.
- You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to reserve or check-in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings with an invalid credit card provided. Credit card information will be used for guarantee purposes only and no payment will be processed currently. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card. No resales allowed.
- Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 9% prevailing government taxes thereafter.
- Rooms are subject to availability and advance reservations are required.
- Room upgrades are valid for bookings made between 1 July to 31 August 2025. Stay period is valid until 31st of December 2025.
- Blackout dates apply and the promotion is not valid during the following periods: 2 & 9 August 2025, 2 – 5 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- Free cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Thereafter, no-shows and late cancellations will incur a one-night room charge (including service charge and taxes).
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
