Entitlements Collection
Self-Collection at SAFRA Clubhouses
For virtual + physical swim
Participants who opted for physical swim may collect their participant entitlements according to the physical swim date that they have selected. Please note that only participants who have confirmed their slot 3 days before the physical swim date will be able to collect their entitlements on the physical swim day.

Participants who are unable to collect on the specified dates (e.g. due to health reasons) may write in to swim4hope@safra.sg and we will arrange for the entitlement to be available for collection in the initial clubhouse selected during registration.
Collection on behalf of another person will not be allowed for the above schedule.
For participants of NS55KM individual and/or 250KM team categories, due to overwhelming response, some sizes for Special Finisher T-shirt and Finisher Medals may not be readily available at the collection point. Our staff-on-ground will make alternative arrangements with any affected parties to ensure that all entitlements are received. Thank you for your kind understanding.
For virtual swim
Collection of entitlements will be from 15 Oct 2022 to 6 Nov 2022.Participants may select between self-collection or home delivery at $5.50 upon registration. Venues for self-collection are SAFRA Jurong, SAFRA Tampines and SAFRA Toa Payoh.
If you are collecting on behalf someone else, please download & complete the authorization from here. The person collecting on behalf of you will have to give the completed form upon collection and present a photocopy of participant's NRIC for verification (no collection of photocopy will be required, only for verification purpose).

Home Delivery
Due to overwhelming response, kindly note that for home delivery option, the entitlements will be delivered to address stated upon registration between 14 to 17 Nov 2022.
