TICKETING

  1. Why do I need to apply for tickets? Can I walk in to the event?

    To ensure everyone’s safety and security and prevent overcrowding, all attendees of the event will need to hold a valid ticket. Walk-ins will not be allowed. To apply for tickets, you can access and submit the application form starting from 26 June 2025 until 12:00pm (SGT) on 4 July 2025.

  2. How can I apply for the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration tickets?

    To apply for tickets, you can access and submit the application form starting from 26 June 2024 until 12:00pm (SGT) on 4 July 2025.

    Please note that once the application window closes, no further applications will be accepted.

  3. SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration is a SAFRA event. Does this mean only SAFRA are allowed to apply for the tickets?

    We would like to invite all SAFRA Members, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents of all ages to join us to celebrate Singapore’s birthday.

  4. How many tickets can I apply for?

    All SAFRA Members, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for 2 or 4 Tickets. Tickets will be balloted and only distributed to those who are successful in the ballot.

  5. Can I change the date of my tickets?

    We are expecting a very high number of applications for the event, and we may not be able to accommodate all attendees’ date preferences. Participants will not be allowed to change the date of the tickets they are assigned to.

  6. I missed the ticket application window. Can I still apply for tickets? Can the application window be extended?

    The ticket application window is strictly from 26 June 2025 to 12:00pm (SGT) on 4 July 2025. We regret to inform you that we are unable to extend the window or accept any appeals.

  7. How do I know if I will be getting the tickets? / When will the balloting results be announced? / What should I look out for in the email notifying me of a successful application?

    The ballot results will be released through email and SMS notification by 10 July 2025. Kindly be informed that only successful applicants will be notified, via the email address provided during the application process. The notification will only be sent from events@safra.sg. Kindly check the spam/junk mailbox.

  8. Will I be notified if I was not successful in my application?

    Only successful applicants will be notified. We appreciate your understanding.

  9. I may have accidentally deleted my notification email. Can I check if I had successfully applied for the event?

    Applicants are kindly reminded to check their email inbox on 10 July 2025. If an email appears to be missing, we suggest also checking the trash bin or junk/spam folder in case it was accidentally deleted or archived.

  10. I did not get the tickets even though I applied for them. Can I appeal?

    Unfortunately, no appeals on the ticket application results are allowed. Other than SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration at the Bayfront Event Space, there are also a range of NDP-related activities that are open to the public at all our SAFRA Clubs, where you can enjoy performances and activities.

  11. I've applied for the tickets, what happens if I am unable to attend the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration? Can I pass my tickets to others if I cannot attend the shows?

    Please ensure you are able to attend the celebrations when applying. If you are unable to attend, you may pass the tickets to your loved ones to attend on your behalf. However, please exercise caution to ensure that the tickets are not misused.

  12. Where is the ticket collection at?

    Successful applicants may collect their tickets from 12 to 13 July 2025, 11:00 am (SGT) to 8:00pm (SGT), at SAFRA Mount Faber Atrium Level 1. Successful applicants must bring along their IC for verification. If successful applicants are sending someone to collect tickets on their behalf, a copy of the attendee’s NRIC, authorised personnel NRIC and Successful ballot notification email are required.

  13. What if I am unable to head down on the stipulated collection dates?

    Successful applicants can authorise a family member or friend to collect their tickets by forwarding the successful ballot notification email, a copy of the attendee's NRIC and their own NRIC.

    Please note that the QR code in the email is linked to the applicant's personal details, and any misuse of the tickets will be traced back to the original applicant.

  14. Can I trade my SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration tickets for the Padang show?

    The SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration and the Padang Show are two separate events. It will not be possible to trade the Bay Celebration tickets for the Padang Show and vice versa.

  15. Can my infant child attend the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration?

    Children, including infant child and babies in arms, are allowed to attend the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration. Everyone will require a ticket for entry, regardless of age.

GENERAL

  1. Is SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration a seated event?

    SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration is a free seating picnic style event. Picnic mat is provided for each attendee.

  2. Will the participants of the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration receive NDP Packs?

    Participants of the SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration will receive NDP Packs.

  3. What food options will be available at the Bay Celebrations?

    Light refreshments will be on sale. This is in addition to the items available in the attendees' NDP packs. Food and drinks may be brought into the event.

  4. What time will the gates be open for entry into the Bayfront Event Space?

    The gates will open at 4:00pm (SGT), and we encourage you to arrive early as there will be multiple checkpoints to clear.
