Each Beach Cove room comes with 2 Queen-Size Beds, Bathroom, 40" LED TV, Microwave, 2-Door Fridge, Hair Dryer, Towels, Complimentary Coffee & Tea and high speed Wi-Fi. Each room is fully air-conditioned and well appointed to accommodate 4 people.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • You can only view rooms availability of up to 3 months from the 1st day of every month (slots will be released by 12pm). 
  • SAFRA Booking Confirmation Receipt and Authorisation Letter (if any) MUST BE presented upon check-in. If you did not receive the Booking Confirmation Receipt, kindly contact SAFRA Travel Club at travel_svc@safra.sg or 6377 0354 for assistance.
  • Authorisation Letter is required ONLY if you are unable to check-in personally and would require someone else to check-in on behalf. Authorisation Letter will ONLY be issued upon request to travel_svc@safra.sg with your authorised person name and last 3 digits + last alphabet of their NRIC.
  • SAFRA and D’Resort @ Downtown East are not obligated to recognise a room booking in the absence of a valid SAFRA Booking Confirmation Receipt and Authorisation Letter (if any).
  • Authorised person to check-in MUST BE aged 18 years old and above, and produce the following upon check-in:
    • Authorisation Letter
    • Booking Confirmation Receipt
    • A copy of member’s NRIC and SAFRA membership card/e-Card via SAFRA app for sighting only
  • Booking cancellation and amendment charges apply:
    • 50% of your paid booking will be charged for cancellations with 14 days’ notice but under 30 days to check-in date.
    • 100% of your paid booking will be charged for cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice to check-in date and no shows.
    • Administration fee of $30 applies to ALL booking cancellations and amendments. (advance notice of at least 7 working days prior to check-in date). 
  • All units are inclusive of complimentary usage of BBQ pit and up to 4 x Wild Wild Wet tickets per booking.
  • Up to 4 x complimentary Wild Wild Wet tickets will be issued upon check in. Member has to specify how many guests are occupying the unit. Tickets are valid for use in accordance to the length of stay only. Wild Wild Wet is open from Monday - Sunday (closed on Tuesday). 
  • Rates indicated above are Nett price and inclusive of GST.
  • Rates indicated above are only applicable for SAFRA’s room units at D’Resort @ Downtown East, exclusively for SAFRA members and SAFRA Travel Club members.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms of Use

  • By booking SAFRA's Beach Cove units at D'Resort, I confirm that: (a) the information provided by me is true and correct, (b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (www.safra.sg/privacy-policy) relating to membership / interest group / events / use of services and facilities (as may be applicable) and SAFRA’s general business purposes, as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and (c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to our collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data. 
  • The chalet units at D'Resort are intended for lawful and legitimate purposes only. SAFRA members and their guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities within the premises of the chalet units.
  • SAFRA shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, legal action, or any other consequences arising from or related to any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited activities conducted by SAFRA members and their guests within the chalet units or the surrounding areas.
  • SAFRA members and their guests are required to adhere to all local, state, and national laws, regulations, and ordinances while staying in the chalet units. Any breach of these laws will result in immediate eviction from the premises without any refund. SAFRA and D'Resort reserves the right to report such activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • SAFRA and D'Resort reserves the right to revoke your access to the chalet units if there is any suspicion or evidence of illegal activities, without providing any compensation or refund.
