Room Terms & Conditions
- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app upon check in. If an eligible member card is not presented upon check-in, full price of the stay would be charged to the cardholder.
- Promotion is only valid for weekends (Friday – Sunday) for single or twin room.
- For weekdays (Mon – Thu), top up $20++ per room per night.
- For Premier Club Room, top up $80++ on any day of the week from above rates.
- Maximum occupancy for Deluxe Room is 3 adults or 2 adults & 1 child.
- For additional 3rd person, top up $75++ per room per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge & 9% GST, unless otherwise stated.
- Rooms may not be applicable for peak event periods and festive celebrations, or may be subject to a surcharge.
- All rates quoted are in Singapore dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
- No Show policies: Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show.
- Cancellation fee will be equivalent to full duration of stay for No Show booking.
- Cancellation of room reservation shall be subject to the individual hotel property’s usual cancellation, amendment policies.
