How To Redeem and Use Your $5 Hawker e-voucher
- Open the SAFRA app
Download or access your SAFRA app on your mobile device. You need to be a valid SAFRA member to access the e-vouchers on the SAFRA app. - Access Your e-voucher
Log in to the SAFRA app and select "eVouchers".
(Note: e-Voucher will only be pushed to wallet by 21 Nov 2025)
- Select the voucher
Go to "Wallet" on the menu bar and tap onto the 'Hawker $5 Discount @ Kopitiam Square' e-voucher.
- Present at the merchant
Show the e-voucher to the hawker stall staff prior to ordering/payment. - Redeem the voucher
Enter the 4-digit code given by the merchant OR scan the merchant QR code displayed on the tent cards to redeem your e-voucher. Kindly flash the redemption successful screen to the cashier to sight to enjoy $5 off your total bill.
Important Reminders
• Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Do also ensure that you have granted SAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
• The interface of the e-Wallet stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in e-Wallet, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is only applicable to valid SAFRA members.
- Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions. 1 redemption per member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Promotion applies to all food and drinks. 10% FairPrice app discount at Kopitiam may still be applied to the remaining balance, unless otherwise specified by the stall for excluded items (e.g., special set meals, etc.).
- Promotion is valid for dine-in/take-away at all participating hawkers stalls displaying the 'SAFRA Hawker Discount @ Kopitiam Square' tent cards at their cashiers during the campaign period.
- E-voucher must be presented at the merchant stalls for redemption prior to ordering/payment.
- E-voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
- E-voucher is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired, fully redeemed or utilised.
- Any unutilised balance of the $5 voucher will not be refunded.
- SAFRA and the participating hawkers reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the hawkers. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective hawkers. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the hawkers or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
