How To Redeem and Use Your $5 Hawker e-voucher

1. Open the SAFRA app Download or access your SAFRA app on your mobile device. You need to be a valid SAFRA member to access the e-vouchers on the SAFRA app.
2. Access Your e-voucher
   Log in to the SAFRA app and select "eVouchers".
   (Note: e-Voucher will  only be pushed to wallet by 6 Aug)
   
3. Select the voucher
   Go to "Wallet" on the menu bar and tap onto the 'Hawker $5 Discount @ Punggol Coast Hawker Centre' e-voucher.
   
4. Present at the merchant
   Present your e-voucher to the food or drink stall staff before ordering or making payment.
5. Redeem the voucher
   Enter the 4-digit code given by the merchant OR scan the merchant QR code displayed on the tent cards to redeem your e-voucher. Kindly flash the redemption successful screen to the cashier to sight to enjoy $5 off your total bill.

Important Reminders

• Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Do also ensure that you have granted SAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.

Terms and Conditions

• Each valid SAFRA member is entitled to ONE e-voucher redemption from 8am on 7 to 13 Aug 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Limited to the first 1,000 e-voucher redemptions applicable only at Punggol Coast Hawker Centre. 
• E-voucher must be presented at participating hawker stalls for redemption prior to ordering/payment to enjoy $5 off bill. 
• E-voucher is valid for dine-in/take-away at all participating stalls displaying the 'SAFRA Hawker Discount @ Punggol Coast Hawker Centre' tent card during the campaign period.
• E-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and will not be replaced if expired, fully redeemed, or utilized.
• Any unused balance of the $5 e-voucher will not be refunded.
• E-voucher is limited to one redemption per transaction.
• A 10% discount applies only to regular-priced items (not valid with other promotional items/sets) when paying via the FairPrice Group app using credit/debit cards at Punggol Coast Hawker Centre. After applying the discount, the $5 SAFRA e-voucher may be used to offset the remaining amount, with any balance payable by the member.
• SAFRA and the participating hawker stalls at Punggol Coast Hawker Centre reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• SAFRA is not an agent of the hawker stalls at Punggol Coast Hawker Centre. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective hawkers. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the hawkers or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
