How To Redeem and Use Your $20 Klook e-voucher

  1. Open the SAFRA app
    Download     or access your SAFRA app on your mobile device. You need to be a valid SAFRA member to access the e-vouchers on the SAFRA app.

  2. Access Your e-voucher
    Log in to the SAFRA app and select "eVouchers".
    (Note: e-voucher will be available in the SAFRA app wallet by 27 Nov 2025) 


  3. Select and Redeem the voucher on SAFRA app 
    Go to "Wallet" on the menu bar and tap onto the 'Klook Short Haul Destinations' e-voucher. Follow the steps to redeem the eVoucher(s).
  4. Redeem your unique voucher code on Klook
    View your unique $20 Klook code under <History> tab upon successful redemption. Apply your promo code on the Klook Mobile App or Website upon checkout under <Platform promo codes>. Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promotion code fails to apply.

  • Each valid SAFRA member is entitled to ONE e-voucher redemption from 10am on 28 Nov to 31 Dec 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • Limited to the first 750 redemptions on the SAFRA app.
  • Promotion code is only applicable for Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia activities on Klook. 
  • Promo codes are not applicable on activities in the Non-Applicable Activity List.
  • Promo code must be redeemed by 31 Dec 2025 before 23:59 SGT on the Klook Mobile App or website. All codes will not be replaced once expired or redeemed and no extension requests will be entertained.
  • Promotion code is stackable with payment discounts. 
  • Promo codes are only available for use by Klook Singapore users and each user is allowed to use the promo code once.
  • Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promotion code fails to apply.
  • Activity prices quoted on Klook’s platforms are based off original market price listed by Klook and may vary between packages (eg. morning slot, afternoon slot, evening slot) or units (eg. adult, child, senior) within one activity and might vary slightly daily due to foreign exchange rate fluctuation.
  • Promo code is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
  • Promo codes will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.
  • Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
  • Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.
  • Klook supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience.
