Promotion Details

From 1 Nov 2025 till 31 Dec 2025, SAFRA members who spend a minimum of $10 (before 9% GST, service charges and discounts) in a single transaction at any of the selected club vendor and credit their SAFRAPOINTS (SRP) can redeem a selected club vendor $5 return e-voucher at the Customer Service Counter. The selected club vendor $5 return e-voucher will be issued to the member in the evoucher module via SAFRA mobile app / MySAFRA Portal upon verification from our Customer Service Officers.

  • Limited to 1 redemption per SAFRA member per selected vendor outlet 
  • Limited to first 300 unique members per selected vendor outlet in each SAFRA club, on first-come, first served basis.
  • E-voucher is valid only at selected outlets of the SAFRA clubs where it was redeemed.

Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • First 300 SAFRA members to spend a minimum of $10 (before 9% GST, service charges and discounts) in a single transaction per selected club vendor.
  • Transactions paid fully or partially using vouchers will not be eligible for this campaign.
  • SAFRA members will need to credit the SAFRAPOINTS (SRP) at the merchant outlet and collect the vendor receipt and SRP receipt to present to the Customer Service Counter for verification.
  • In the event that the SRP machine is not usable, member will be required to fill up a manual awarding form at the selected vendor's outlet.
  • Member to present membership ID, vendor's receipt, SRP receipt to Customer Service Counter for verification from 9.30am to 8.30pm. Once verified, the Customer Service Officer will issue the selected club vendor $5 return e-voucher valid for use for till 31 Jan 2026.
  • Customer Service Officer will chop 'Redeemed' on both receipts and return the receipts to the member.
  • Members can redeem within 3 working days from the date of purchase by presenting their original receipts at the Customer Service Counter.
  • One (1) redemption per receipt for one (1) campaign. 
  • Customer Service Officer will assist member to complete an online form to upload a copy of their receipt if the SRP terminal is faulty at the selected club vendor.

$5 Return E-voucher Terms & Conditions

  • This e-voucher must be presented, and redeemable only at the participating outlet at the SAFRA Club where the voucher redemption was made.
  • This e-voucher is not stackable and only one e-voucher can be used per transaction per receipt.
  • No change nor return in cash/credit will be given if the total bill is less than $5.
  • This e-voucher is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Important Reminders

Please create your mySAFRA account, download SAFRA Mobile App and log on to the SAFRA Mobile App or m.safra.sg before redeeming the selected club vendor $5 return e-voucher at the participating outlet.

Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WIFI on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WIFI may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Kindly also ensure that you have granted SAFRA Mobile App to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.

By participating in this promotion, I confirm that:
(a) the information provided by me is true and correct,
(b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes of registering and administering Collect SAFRAPoints, Redeem $5 E-voucher and for other applicable purposes as set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (https://www.safra.sg/privacy-policy), as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and
(c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to SAFRA’s collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
