By participating in this lucky draw, you agree that SAFRA may collect, use and disclose your personal data (including but not limited to your name, SAFRA Membership ID, email address and contact number), as provided during registration for the purposes of administering the lucky draw, including but not limited to contacting you in relation to the 52nd SAFRA AGM Lucky Draw.

In the event that you are a winner, your personal data may be published through SAFRA’s various media channels for the purpose of announcing the winners and publicity and marketing purposes, and such other purposes permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act. As a condition of receiving your prize, you agree to cooperate with and participate in the activities organized by the SAFRA for these purposes and consent to your personal data (including your name, identification, image, photographs, voice and video recordings) being collected, used, disclosed, and/or transferred by or between SAFRA or its business partners/ co-organisers /third party vendors/ service providers or affiliated organisations for the purposes mentioned above or as may be permitted by the Personal Data without further notification, remuneration or compensation to you.

MEDIA RIGHTS

(a) Photographs, videos and other recordings ("Media") will be taken by SAFRA at this event. By attending this activity, whether as a participant, staff or volunteer, you consent to and grant SAFRA the right to use such media for internal record purposes, publicity purposes, commercial advertising and distribution to its sponsors and partners.
(b) Please note that non-official photographers might also operate at this activity. SAFRA has no control over and is not responsible in any way for any media produced by non-official photographers.

52ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) LUCKY DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The lucky draws are only applicable to SAFRA Principal Members who attend the AGM proceedings.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the event or any of its components without prior notice.
  • Participants acknowledge that participation in the 52nd SAFRA AGM Lucky Draws is at their own risk and SAFRA will not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
  • By participating in this lucky draw, you agree that SAFRA may collect, use and disclose your personal data (including but not limited to your name, SAFRA Membership ID, email address and contact number), as provided during registration for the purposes of administering the lucky draw, including but not limited to contacting you in relation to the 52nd SAFRA Annual General Meeting 2025 Lucky Draw.
  • In the event that you are a winner, your personal data may be published through SAFRA’s various media channels for the purpose of announcing the winners and publicity and marketing purposes, and such other purposes permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act. As a condition of receiving your prize, you agree to cooperate with and participate in the activities organized by the SAFRA for these purposes and consent to your personal data (including your name, identification, image, photographs, voice and video recordings) being collected, used, disclosed, and/or transferred by or between SAFRA or its business partners/ co-organisers /third party vendors/ service providers or affiliated organisations for the purposes mentioned above or as may be permitted by the Personal Data without further notification, remuneration or compensation to you.
  • SAFRA staff and immediate family members will not be eligible for the lucky draws.
  • The Lucky Draw will be drawn live on stage after the AGM proceedings. Winners can collect their prizes after the AGM proceedings before leaving the ballroom at SAFRA Toa Payoh (level 3). Re-draw will be conducted if the selected winner is not on site.
  • Winners will be listed on SAFRA website for a period of 2 months from 12 Nov 2025 to 11 Jan 2026.
  • All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subjected to availability. SAFRA reserves the right to replace any prize with items of similar value without prior notice.
