SAFRA members are invited to attend the SAFRA Annual General Meeting (AGM). Join us as we reflect on key highlights of the past year and future plans for SAFRA to appreciate and strengthen bonds among national servicemen and their families.

• Adoption of the Minutes of the 51^st Annual General Meeting
• Adoption of the Annual Report for FY 2024/2025
• Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2024/2025
• Any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the General Secretary at least seven days before the meeting*.

PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is compulsory and closes on Wed, 5 Nov 2025, 11.59pm, or earlier if full.

Only SAFRA Principal Members can register for themselves and their dependent members, as well as purchase guest tickets for non-SAFRA members. Payment for guests is to be made online or at any SAFRA club before the commencement of the AGM proceedings on Sun, 9 Nov 2025, 2.30pm.

(Prices include entertainment and food. Inclusive of 9% GST.)

Alternatively, you may visit our Customer Service Counters at any SAFRA club, or call SAFRA Toa Payoh at 6259 4000, from 9am to 9pm daily.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email via the email address which you had used for registration.

EVENT ATTENDANCE

When you register your attendance onsite on the day of the AGM, Ordinary A members with voting rights will receive the voting link that will enable you to participate in real-time voting on AGM agenda items during the AGM proceedings.

Seats within the AGM Hall are for SAFRA Principal Members only. Registered SAFRA Dependent Members and guests can participate in fringe activities during the AGM proceedings. 

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY

Enjoy free giveaways

• First 200 SAFRA Principal Members who register their attendance onsite by 2pm will receive a WIRAKA accessories towel.
• First 200 SAFRA Dependent Members who register their attendance onsite by 2pm will receive a McDonald’s Happy Meal Voucher worth $5.50 (up to 2 vouchers per family).
• All SAFRA Members who register for the AGM will receive a LCentral Enrichment Centre handphone stand, a $50 Nullspace Robotics voucher and a $2 Dancepointe Academy voucher for dance merchandise.
• After the AGM, all SAFRA Principal Members who had registered their attendance onsite can also collect a portable handheld fan as a complimentary gift from SAFRA.

GETTING THERE & CARPARK ARRANGEMENTS

On the day of the AGM, complimentary parking at SAFRA Toa Payoh will be made available to SAFRA members who attend the AGM. Parking coupons can be collected when you register your attendance onsite.

The club’s carpark A will be closed from 3am to 3pm. Only drop-offs will be allowed at the front porch. If the rest of the club’s carpark is full, you may consider alternative parking facilities in the vicinity.
