Participants are required to fill up the indemity form before taking part in the event.
Event Terms and Conditions
- This event is open to all EnergyOne and SAFRA members.
- Registration is required via m.safra.sg, and on a first come first serve basis.
- Registration starts on 11 Sept 2023. Once all lots are filled up, we will close the registration.
- Tickets are not refundable.
- Participants have to be 16 years old and above.
- Event tees are for FITnale participants and are limited, strictly no exchange allowed.
- Photographs, videos and other recordings will be taken by the organiser at the event. By attending the event, you consent to grant the organiser the right to use such media for internal record purposes, publicity purposes, commercial advertising and distribution to its sponsors and partners.
- In the event that any winning participant is disqualified, EnergyOne may, at its own discretion, select another winner.
- Free gym membership for winners - Existing Main/Spouse members will be based on renewal. Non-Main/Spouse members will be based on Term membership.
- EnergyOne is not responsible for any injury, illness or death or loss of personal belongings howsoever arising from the use of or while in the gym premises.
- Indecent or inappropriate behavior while in the gym premises will not be tolerated. Such behavior if encountered, must be reported to staff immediately. Strictly disciplinary action will be taken against anyone found behaving in such a manner.
- EnergyOne reserve full rights to cancel or change details of the event without prior notice.
- EnergyOne reserves the rights to amend/append/withdraw these terms & conditions without prior notice.
