Getting good sleep is a challenge for many school-going children and adolescents. Homework, tuition, and CCAs take away precious time for rest. Exam stress and other growing-up worries can make it tough to get high-quality sleep. Early school start times mean that many children must wake up before their body clocks want them to.
Somnus Sleep Wellness invites parents, students, educators, and other stakeholders to join our sleep experts for an open discussion about these and other sleep challenges for the young. Join us to hear experts share their advice and brainstorm together on solutions and ideas on how we can help our kids get the sleep they need.
