Its main idea is to bring the traditional authentic taste of Sarawak cuisine, Kolo Mee, to our fellow Singaporeans.
Kolo Mee is a dry-style Malaysian Chinese Noodle featuring springy egg noodles, with savory ground pork and sliced BBQ topped with aromatic fried onions.
