Get Swim Ready in 4 Sessions

The FINS NS Ready Swim Programme is designed to give pre-enlistees the ultimate confidence boost in the water. Through progressive, hands-on training, participants master essential swimming fundamentals, breathing techniques, and core strokes while building the resilience needed for NS-related challenges. The programme also introduces basic lifesaving skills and survival strategies, ensuring every pre-enlistee feels prepared, capable, and ready to tackle deep-water and endurance scenarios with confidence.

1. Build Strong Water Confidence Gain the skills and assurance to handle any water-based challenge during NS training. Our programme transforms pre-enlistees' confidence through progressive, practical sessions.

 2. Master Essential Survival Techniques Learn core swimming strokes, breathing control, and basic lifesaving skills tailored for NS scenarios like deep-water survival and endurance swims.

 3. Train Smarter, Perform Better Designed specifically for pre-enlistees, this programme equips you with the fundamentals and resilience needed to excel in NS-related water activities—before you even enlist.

 4 sessions, 1 hour per session

A FINS Swim School Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all participants who successfully fulfill the course requirements.

  • This promotion is open exclusively to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) between the ages of 16 and 21.
  • Applicants must submit a valid  NS Portal status screenshot clearly showing the Date of Enlistment during the sign-up process for verification.
  • A non-refundable, one-time administrative fee is applicable to all successful applications.
  • Full payment of all membership fees must be completed at the time of application.
  • All advertised prices are inclusive of 9% GST.
  • Members are entitled to All-Day Access at all seven (7) EnergyOne gym locations.
  • The NS Ready membership is strictly a one-time offer for eligible applicants; memberships are non-renewable.
