Please kindly adhere to mandatory enhanced safe distancing measures and group size restrictions.
- Only a maximum of five unique players are allowed in each games room at any one time.
- Any form of gambling (with money or money’s worth) is strictly prohibited.
- All bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- The member who made the booking must be present at all times during the session. He/she must also complete a mandatory Declaration Form to register all players of the group.
- Wrist tags will be issued upon completion of the Declaration Form. Issued wrist tags are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the session.
- All players are to check in and check out of the games room using SafeEntry.
- Mask must be worn at all times.
- There should be no mixing or mingling among players across different games rooms.
- Only registered players are allowed to access each games room. No loitering or waiting is allowed.
- Practise good personal hygiene.
- Observe all other prevailing terms and conditions on usage of the games rooms.
- Booking must only be made physically at our Customer Service counters.
