- The Winners' Circle is strictly for SAFRA members. No guests will be allowed.
- SAFRA member must be 21 years and above to enter The Winners’ Circle.
- Members must present their valid SAFRA membership card and NRIC to enter The Winners’ Circle.
- All patrons must abide by a dress code. Attire: Smart-casual (at least a t-shirt with sleeves, pants/Bermudas and proper footwear). No shorts, slippers or flip-flops.
