- Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Not applicable to NSFs on free trial membership.
- Voucher is deemed void without merchant’s stamp and validity date indicated.
- Vouchers/items (Physical/Digital/Event-related deals) sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and cannot be cancelled, replaced or re-issued if lost, defaced, damaged, expired and/or voided.
- Strictly no extension of expired vouchers is allowed.
- The start time of each voucher sale is not fixed and is subject to change without prior notice.

- All voucher deals are in the form of physical vouchers that require collection at SAFRA clubs, unless otherwise stated.
- All Physical Voucher purchases must be collected in person within 15 days from Date of Purchase, as per the stipulated Terms & Conditions. Kindly proceed to the Customer Service counter of your selected SAFRA Club from 9am to 9pm daily (except on the Eve of, 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year).
- Voucher promotions are subsidised by SAFRA.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the merchants. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.

Letter of Authorisation for Treats & Deals
If you have purchased physical vouchers and unable to personally collect, you can arrange for a proxy to collect on your behalf. For detailed information, refer to Pt. 3.3 of the Buying Guide.
