Terms & Conditions
- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app in person on the day of appointment.
- Not valid on eve of or on Public Holidays.
- Prior appointment booking is required. Appointment slots are subject to availability based on Firefly’s digital calendar that will be sent for appointment making.
- To schedule your appointment, please visit our website at Firefly Photography, navigate to the voucher redemption page, complete the form, and enter the voucher code "SAFRATREAT24" to avail of your birthday perk. A link to book your appointment will be emailed to you.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption from Wednesday to Friday, subject to availability as indicated on the Firefly Photography digital calendar.
- Limited to 1 redemption per member only.
- Offer will be forfeited for ‘no show’ and reschedule notification to be made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- To upgrade this voucher for a weekend studio photoshoot, a net total of $40 is required. Please click on the relevant link sent to you via email upon completion of the form.
- Photographs will be available on the Firefly server for two months following a six-week processing period.
- Check junk mail if the email is not received within 48 hours excluding weekends.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
- Merchant reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
