- Please present your same-day receipt to the Customer Service Officers at the Concierge at Level 3 from 11am to 3pm to process your redemption.
- Redemption of the complimentary carpark coupon is only valid from Mon – Fri, excluding Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
- Complimentary carpark coupon is only valid for use on the same day of the redemption.
- All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Limited to one (1) redemption per receipt regardless of amount spent.
- Limited to 1 redemption per member/guest per day.
- One (1) redemption per receipt for one (1) campaign.
- Multiple redemption under one (1) receipt is not allowed.
- Limited to the first 50 redemptions per day.
- Online and duplicated receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Soiled/torn/tampered receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Receipts paid using e-credits at Lifestyle Mart will not be accepted for redemption.
