We are excited to share that our Happy Birthday from SAFRA campaign has been refreshed for members to enjoy this special perk during their birthday month. We look forward to celebrating your special day with you and thank you for your continued support.
Promotion Details
From 1 Apr 2026 onwards, the campaign will be open to 100 members per month, and each eligible member may redeem a $10 e-voucher in person at their preferred SAFRA Club's Customer Service Counter.
The e-voucher will be issued through SAFRA mobile app/ m.SAFRA Portal upon verification from our Customer Service Officers and can be used across participating SAFRA vendors as well as selected club facilities, offering members more ways to celebrate their special day.
- Limited to 1 redemption per SAFRA member across all 7 SAFRA Clubs and SAFRA@29 Carpenter Street and on first-come, first served basis.
- Limited to first 100 members per club only for the month of April.
- Limited to first 10 members at SAFRA@29 Carpenter Street for the month of April. Collection will be at SAFRA Mount Faber Customer Service Counter.
- E-voucher is only valid at participating outlets of the SAFRA clubs where it was redeemed.
- E-voucher is valid till the last day of the issued month.

Terms & Conditions
- Download SAFRA Mobile App and create your mySAFRA account. Login to the SAFRA mobile app / m.SAFRA Portal to redeem the Happy Birthday from SAFRA $10 e-voucher.
- Member must be physically present at the SAFRA Club’s Customer Service Counter at point of redemption to ensure successful issuance of the e-voucher to their SAFRA mobile app / MySAFRA Portal.
- Validity for e-voucher is valid for use till the last day of the issued month (e.g., Apr 2026 e-voucher validity 1-30 Apr 2026). No extension will be granted.
- This e-voucher must be presented, and redeemable only at the participating vendors as well as selected facilities at the SAFRA Club where the voucher redemption was made.
- This e-voucher is not stackable and only one e-voucher can be used per transaction per receipt.
- A minimum spend of $10 before GST/discounts and service charges is required in a single receipt. No change nor return in cash/credit will be given.
- This e-voucher is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
- Redemption of e-voucher is to be made only through front counters of the main Burger King restaurant at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang's outlet, main McDonald’s restaurant at SAFRA Punggol’s, SAFRA Toa Payoh’s and SAFRA Yishun’s outlets only, while stocks last.
- Not available for My McDonald’s App deals, McDelivery®, Drive-through or with other offers at McDonald’s.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Redemption of the Happy Birthday from SAFRA $10 e-voucher is at the 7 SAFRA Clubs' Customer Service Counters from 9am to 9pm daily. Please produce your membership card or e-card for verification purposes.
- To use Happy Birthday e-voucher for FINS Swim School, please approach the FINS coordinator directly.

(a) the information provided by me is true and correct,
(b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes of registering and administering Happy Birthday from SAFRA and for other applicable purposes as set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (https://www.safra.sg/privacy-policy), as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and
(c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to SAFRA’s collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
