The SAFRA Gamification Platform (the “Platform”) is intended to provide a safe, enjoyable, respectful, and educational environment for all participants.
This Code of Conduct forms part of, and supplements, the SAFRA Gamification Platform User Agreement (the “User Agreement”), and is to be read together with the SAFRA Website Terms of Use and the SAFRA Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the User Agreement. By participating in any game, quiz, campaign, competition, leaderboard, or reward programme on the Platform, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
All participants must treat fellow players, administrators, moderators, and organisers with courtesy and respect. You must not:

Participants should engage with the Platform responsibly. You must not:
Any activity that threatens the Platform's security, stability, or integrity is prohibited.
Unless expressly permitted by the rules of a particular campaign, participants must not use artificial intelligence tools, automated systems, answer-generation services, or similar technologies to gain an unfair advantage in quizzes, competitions, or challenges. The Operator reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to determine whether external assistance has been used in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
The Platform may include content relating to National Service, defence, emergency preparedness, Singapore history, and related topics. Participants should answer questions honestly, respect the educational purpose of the content, and refrain from attempting to manipulate quiz outcomes. The Platform is intended to promote learning and engagement in a positive and constructive manner.
Because the Platform may contain content relating to National Service, defence, emergency preparedness, and related subjects, participants must take particular care with official and sensitive information. You must not:
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you share complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and official security requirements. Any activity that may compromise security, confidentiality, or public trust may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

The handling of personal data on the Platform is governed by the SAFRA Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Participants should help maintain a safe environment for all users, including children and young persons.

Any reward obtained through misconduct may be cancelled, revoked, or recovered by the Operator.
Participants are encouraged to report suspected cheating, security vulnerabilities, fraudulent conduct, abuse of Platform features, and violations of this Code of Conduct. Reports should be made through the official reporting channels provided on the Platform.
The Operator may investigate any suspected breach of this Code of Conduct. Where a violation is identified, and consistent with SAFRA’s right to refuse service and terminate accounts under the SAFRA Website Terms of Use and the User Agreement, the Operator may take one or more of the following actions:
The Operator’s decisions regarding enforcement shall be final. Enforcement under this Code of Conduct is without prejudice to SAFRA’s and the Operator’s other rights and remedies under the User Agreement, the SAFRA Website Terms of Use, and applicable law.
The SAFRA gamification platform is intended to be a welcoming community where participants can learn, compete, and have fun. Every participant plays a role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and fair environment. By following this Code of Conduct, you help ensure that the Platform remains enjoyable and rewarding for everyone.
