  • Please present a valid SAFRA card/e-card via SAFRA app or 11B during booking or payment if requested. 
  • Promotion is only applicable for bookings made via email to sg.sales@stardreamcruises.com only.

  • Complimentary Onboard credits are not redeemable against gratuity fees, fuel surcharges, port charges, duty free purchases, consignment items, or other restricted categories; guests are advised to verify onboard for applicable usage. 
  • International Passport: All passports must have at least 6 months validity until the last cruise return date. Guests are responsible to ensure that their own travel documents including visas and inoculation documents are in order prior to cruise departure. We regret that no refund will be made to guests who are denied embarkation for non-compliance with immigration requirements or with these terms and conditions.
  • Pregnant Women who are in or over twenty-four (24) weeks of her pregnancy will be refused permission to board the vessel.
  • Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the vessel.
  • A guest under 18 years of age (Minor) must accompanied by a guest 18 years or older (Accompanying adult) in each cabin.
  • For selected promotion offers will be subject to No refund value, No amendment and changes allowed.
