- Please present a valid SAFRA card/e-card at on-site ticketing counters located at Gardens by the Bay
- Promotion is valid only for direct purchases from on-site ticketing counters located at Gardens by the Bay.
- Rates are subjected to changes.
- Purchase is limited to 8 Singapore Resident admission tickets per transaction.
- Singapore Resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- Singapore Residents may be required to present proof of residency for purchase or admission.
- Re-entry is not allowed.
- Admission tickets may not be, resold or duplicated and may only be used once.
- Each ticket admits one (1) pax.
- Admission tickets are not valid for special events that is priced separately.
- In the event of inclement weather or special events, Shuttle Service will not be in operation and will only resume when the situation allows for the safety of all visitors.

- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the Conservatories due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
